Review of Stake Land (2010) by Keith C — 15 Oct 2012
The lead actor so badly wants to be a strong and stoic badass type of character that I wished someone more appropriate for the role, like Mickey Rourke, had played it. But upon a second viewing I grew to like him a lot more.
The unnecessary narration drove me a little crazy, but overall this was a pretty solid vampire apocalypse tale.
