A group of friends (and a stripper) set out for a stag night celebration at a military base so that they can play a game of Zomball, which consists of shooting zombies with an electric gun, thereby incapacitating them for 5 minutes. Naturally it all goes wrong and the zombies escape.

Initially the film started out poorly with its supposedly 'comedic' characters that were written overly moronic, but then something strange happened and I found myself tolerating them and thought that I might be watching a decent B-movie.

Unfortunately my feelings were soon crushed underfoot as the film was just so badly written that you spend every 10 minutes spotting another plot hole.

An example of one the plot holes that grated was why they took the stripper to the base with them. She wasn't playing Zomball, she just sat and waited for them to finish. Sure she was whipping the groom at the start of the film and they mention that they have something planned for later but why take her to the base when she's just mooching about and not relevant to what they are doing? Oh and the word 'stripper' as her job description seems really exaggerated when she never actually strips.

Now don't get me wrong. I love a good B-movie and really enjoy low budget trash that most people would shy well away from but this film just didn't work. In fact, the strangest thing of all is the fact that the movie got worse when the zombies broke out...and that's not a good thing for a zombie flick.

There was some rubbish spouted about how the virus affects everyone differently but that just felt like an excuse for trying to cover up the inconsistencies and of course there was the inclusion of the obligatory George Romero reference that was as subtle as a brick to the head...a news reporter, called Georgina Romero...that's how imaginative the film is. Speaking of imaginative writing, how about a dwarf called Mr. Big?

So there we have it. Badly written, not worth spending time on and somehow made a zombie outbreak an even lower point of an already poor film.
