Review of St. Vincent (2014) by Tor M — 09 Apr 2015
A grumpy old man that's hard to like gets new neighbours. They are not living a life as shabby as Vince, but the single mom and her kid got their issues too.
Vincent and the kid get's along pretty great and they hang out a whole lot.
This film has not the greatest of plots. It does have some of the greatest actors in Watts and Murray. Murray carries the film and he's adding at least one star alone here. It looks all right, it's funny and I feel entertained. It got it's cliches and it's not a very rememberable, or a stand-out film, but it does a great job entertaining you.
Enjoyable and easy to like. Worth a go for most movie-watchers.
