Review of St. Vincent (2014) by Jenna G — 07 Aug 2015
First time director Theodore Melfi manages to make a very cohesive fun and emotional journey in this awesome film. All the actors bring their A-game, Bill Murray is funny and endearing, Naomi Watts surprisingly wasn't terrible as a pregnant Russian, Melissa McCarthy brought more to the table than her usual schtick and Jaeden Lieberher in his first ever film was terrific as the young unguided boy.
Overall this is a superb film that gets the best performance from all of its actors.
