Review of St Trinian's (2007) by Kristopha H — 24 Jul 2010
I got wind of this movie via an oblique reference one day and decided to look it up. The premise seemed entertaining, so I'd looked it up and watched it. This movie is *hilarious*, in a similar way I'd found Mr and Mrs Smith hilarious.
The humour takes a covert-overt flippancy, so that's something to bear in mind. It does help, additionally, to 1) drink at least 300 ml of 30-proof anything-you've-got beforehand, 2) have a unique perspective (i.
E. a firm acquaintance with British humour, and 3) watch Bridget Jones' Diary beforehand. That's all!
