Review of St Trinian's (2007) by Kay K — 08 Jan 2013
The teen girl inside me was curious about this English boarding school comedy, and it passed 2 hours in the evening for me but I can't say I particularly enjoyed it.
I really don't understand what the English find so entertaining about a man dressed up as a woman. Yes, I'm talking to you Rupert Everett.
But I guess it's not fair to pin that solely on the English, John Travolta seemed to enjoy it in 'Hairspray' and Hugo Weaving, Guy Pearce and Terence Stamp had a hit with 'The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert', but really, it's just not funny.
