Review of St Trinian's 2: The Legend of Fritton's Gold (2009) by Jason J — 09 May 2010
Pretty lousy sequel. A terrible script and it seems that the filmmakers forgot the formula that made the original so much fun to watch. There are a couple of good laughs to be had but overall this isn't much cop.
David Tennant is awful as the camp villain and Sarah Harding from Girls Aloud isn't much better. Thankfully Talulah Riley and Tamsin Egerton make it bearable. Gemma Arterton only appears in a nice cameo role.
The soundtrack is impressive though. Only watch it if you've got nothing better to see.
