Excellent documentary for one of my favorite condiments. I first learned of the Sriracha documentary on Kickstarter and was happy to support the project. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and only regret I didn't opt to receive one of the cool posters! If you haven't seen the movie I highly recommend it, it's quite insightful and shows anyone can live the American Dream.
