Review of Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over (2003) by Gustavo M — 06 Aug 2009
Rodriguez has an instinctive and cinematic feel for these films. The new character of Demetra is pretty darn memorable, and the action sequences are pretty well done. Its also go a fantastic setup for a story.
But I feel a little cheated, as the 3-D does not work very well. Also, the story feels really rushed as if the production itself was rushed. It starts to fall a part and not make sense by the end. And there is some bad acting somewhere in there too.
