Filled with an intriguing concept, and plenty of original child humour, Rodriguez knows how to make a fun family film, and he does it with such care and style that it's all worth while. But the cast deliver poor performances, and can't back up the over the top dialogue.
Which in the end, just makes it more of a cheesy spy flick.
