Quite ok sequel. Overall enjoyable enough and Daryl Sabara isn't that iriitating and stiff like in the first movie. The president's daughter Taylor Momsen visit a theme park and tried the newest game but took the key.

She climb out of the cabin. The bodyguards call in small agents to save her - Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara. Then another 2 more agents were call in - Matt O'Leary and Emily Osment. They have more advance gadgets.

Taylor refuse to come down unless her dad come but Daryl manage to calm her down. She also took a device Transmooger from her dad's office. Matt take it with him to look good. Emily also upstage Alexa by stopping the machine.

The Cortez family is going to the party and hope Antonio will be the new head of the OSS. The president Christopher McDonald thank Matt and Emily for saving Taylor and apooint their father Mike Judge as the new head OSS.

Everybody sleep when drink the toast. The baddies took the Transmooger and the spy kids fights them. But they all escape. Adults waken and Matt blame Daryl for the loss of Transmooger. He was fired. Alexa decide to help him.

He send in a spy bug and see their mission briefing. Going to a mystery island and the location of Transmooger. Alexa hack into the system and changed their destination and reinstate Daryl. So the bad siblings went to Gobi Desert.

Danny Trejo came over and give them his latest spy gadgets and rubber band. But Matt and Emily have advance prototype and he also squash the spy bug. Their info links Mike and the island together. Their submarine stalls and they swim up to the surface.

Electronics don't work on the island. Mike inform Anotnio and Carla their kids are in danger and naturally they are going to save them. Her parents (Ricardo Montalban and Holland Taylor) visits them.

Mike is actually the baddie. Matt and Emily also came to the island to get revenge. Hearing monsers roar, Alexa and Daryl run to the volcano top but fell in unhurt. Steve Buscemi is a scientist living there.

He wanted to make miniature zoo, then created hybrids, wanted to make them bigger but with disastrous results so now he is hiding. There's another Transmooger in the island and the siblings must get it before Mike.

Matt and Emily also arrive and meet them but don't believe their dad is evil. The Cortez siblings have tooth gps planted by Antonio. The parents also tag along the rescue mission. Alexa and Daryl destroy their tooth gps so that their parents won't find them and be kill by Mike.

Richard's necklace gift to Daryl last christmas is also tracking device. Alexa and Daryl jump down to a cave when monster approach. Daryl took a pendant and the skeletons came alive to fight them.

A flying pig grab Alexa and she land on the nest saw Emily too. Daryl hand over the pendant and saved. He saw the spider-monkey and give him his chocolate bar, become friends. Matt riding on another monster fights them.

Alexa and Emily escape down the nest. Just when Daryl is losing, Alexa save him. They reach the Transmooger first but the baddies arrive as well. They disable the device and throw it out which the flying pig grab it.

Emily bring them to the nest. Alexa and Daryl activate their flying shoes since electronics work now. They took the Transmooger first. Their parents also arrive to help them. Cheech Marin took the Transmooger and hand to Mike.

Emily program it to kills the Cortez. Antonio fight it out with Mike but lose. When Mike aim the device at the grandparents, Antonio shield them but Transmooger explode. Emily know the right and wrong after hearing what Alexa said.

The president arrive and fired the baddies. Daryl didn't want to be level one spy. Steve make friends with his monsters creation just like what Daryl said. He give him a minature spider-monkey as gift.

At ending prt Danny let Alexa wear a device to sing and dance like a pro and a guitar for Daryl, to perform at a concert. When it end, Danny discover the controller has no batteries !?
