I wouldn't expect anything less from the writer of Freaks and Geeks, but he did a great job with this story. There were a lot of fun plot twists and it kept me entertained the entire time. Funny dialogue too.
Some parts were a bit gross and the physical humor went on too long sometimes (such as fights). Overall, I enjoyed it and loved Melissa McCarthy in this role. She was fierce and dynamic, as well as super funny.
It was an empowering role for her too.
