Review of Spy (2015) by Rick B — 30 Jan 2016

This was in my Netflix queue and we finally watched it last night. I wasn't that excited to see it, since the last few McCarthy movies were just silly and not really funny. But I was pleasantly surprised by Spy.

McCarthy was great as an action star; she's a big girl, but she can really move (or at least her stunt doubles can). The knife fight in the kitchen with the sexy Amazon woman was perfect. She was kind of like Curly from the Three Stooges--hilarious and with spot-on timing.

Rose Byrne was an over-the-top wicked bitch, and I loved her. Great show; do yourself a favor and watch this.
