Review of Spy (2015) by Barny — 06 Jun 2016
The photography, lights, costume and make-up are decent (hence the 1), the acting is forced and the jokes are... the kind of perpetrated by the (sadly unfunny) kid who tries far too hard to be admired in the schoolyard.
About the story and the characters... I do not know, they leave nothing to the imagination, they are incredibly shallow, as it seems the actors were forced to stick to the script. Whilst I laughed or winced at other movies with Melissa McCarty, this one failed to generate any emotion, it is bland, unsavoury.
