Review of Spun (2000) by Marc G — 13 Jun 2010
This is another one of those movies that wasn't too bad, but that I don't feel was good enough to call it fresh. It was definetely an interesting look into the mind and behavior of an addict and what it does to you mentally and physically.
I felt so bad for the main character at the end when his "girlfriend" is willing to give him another chance, but leaves when she sees that he is spun and tells him to get cleaned up. I felt bad but at the same time, I didn't because his choices put him in that situation.
The editing of the film was fantastic making the viewer feel like they were experiencing the drugs to some degree as well. Overall, it was pretty decent, not the best but definetely not the worst either.
