Review of Spun (2000) by Florian R — 28 Jun 2010
One of my favorite movies of all times. I read complaints that it's more style than substance. But that's just really shallow. This is a dark comedy and should be treated as such. It's great for what it does, by highlighting our society's quirks and deficiencies, presenting meth production and abuse in a very realistic light, and exposing a certain part of our society that we otherwise prefer not to notice.
100% for Spun.
