It is not surprising that critics are going gaga over a movie that 1) bashes the church and 2) is about how important journalists are. The movie is fine, but that is all it is. It is absurd to think that this forgettable, anticlimactic movie is a masterpiece.
Script, acting, and directing are nothing special.
