Review of Spotlight (2015) by Timlostin — 06 Nov 2015
Often compared to All the Presidents Men, I would go so far as to say it is better. A thrilling movie that does not seek to make heroes out of the people it depicts but rather explores their faults as well.
This movie is the perfect example of the danger posed by unchecked power for any institution. This movie is not only my favorite movie of the year, but possibly my favorite of the decade.
