However it's not equally good as "Unbreakable", "Split"allows M. Night Shyamalan to return massively as a director and screenwriter. The director manages to connect both characters from the two movies, but he never forgets about the stoyr he wants to tell.
He doesn't depend on "Unbreakable", he builds a fantastic universe once again. Oh right, and James McAvoy gives the best performance of his career.
