Review of Split (2017) by Chidime — 24 Mar 2017

This movie has one good thing going for it: potential. The plot has so much potential to have created one of the best/strongest movies ever. But the movie didn't fully realise it's potential. It wasn't bad by any stretch but it wasn't as great as it could have been.

I hope if there's a sequel that they do better. The movie needs more action (by action I don't necessarily mean fighting and all but faster paced scenes), better acting even from supporting characters and tighter execution.

Could have been a 9 or 10 but a 7 would have to do.
