Review of Split (2017) by Mike A — 28 Apr 2017
A bit contrived at times but still a very good film. McAvoy shows why he is one of the more underrated actors around. Shyamalan makes a big comeback here even if one of the plot points can be judged with a raised eyebrow.
Of course he puts his twist in and it is quite satisfying. Ana Taylor-Joy also does a great job and seems to be a star in the making.
