Review of Splice (2010) by Mijxero — 07 Sep 2018
This was an absolute trainwreck of a movie. I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be horror, comedy, or some thought-provoking piece (which it clearly failed). The characters are supposed to be educated scientists but make the worst decisions I've ever witnessed.
The main star of the movie, the creature, is awkward and cringy and it made me sorry for whatever actress was doing that part. If you want to watch it ironically as a "so bad its good" film then I would highly recommend.
Otherwise just stay away.
