Review of Splendor in the Grass (1961) by Andres G — 29 Jan 2009
A surprisingly entertaining film. The film walked a fine line between mediocore before it finally redeems itself in a big way with the ending of the 2nd act and it becomes very interesting. It got to me emotionally and I was affected by the ending.
It was an awesome little picture! Even though it's nearly a 50 year old film, if you like romance films this is a great and different one! It also has the always charasmatic Warren Beatty and the talented Natalie Wood.
Overall, a great film! FULL-PRICE!
