Review of Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron (2002) by David L — 04 Sep 2015

This movie was an absolute favourite of mine when I was younger and I still enjoy watching it when I'm feeling nostalgic. The plot isn't anything new or overly exciting but it is still enjoyable and fun, I appreciate that they didn't make the horses 'talk' as such and there wasn't any singing, that would of put my right off watching it at ages over 8.

But the best thing about this movie is it gorgeous to watch, the animation is done beautifully and the character they brought into the horses is impressive. Also Hans Zimmer's work on the soundtrack is outstanding.
