Review of Spies Like Us (1985) by Erik C — 23 Jun 2007
The epitome of an 80s comedy. If you've seen I Love the 80s 3D they break down this movie perfectly: funny but not too funny. As opposed to 1998 and beyond comedies this is heavier on plot than laughs.
Its interesting to watch it as there are less jokes being thrown at you than in the more modern comedies. I'm not saying that one style is better than the other, but this certainly points of the differences in the eras.
