Aside all the fan service, it is only an average Marvel movie. It loses a lot value as a piece of individual art as it depends so much on nostalgia and all the background from previous movies, as there is almost no character set up and the only character with real developement is the protagonist.

It also makes it somewhat unique, for it works as a sort of conclusion for movies from other sagas.
