One of the best Spider-Man movies (for me personally, this movie is even better than Spider-Man 2):
1) Great fan service.
2) A bit of drama and tragedy.
3) Not So Bad Jokes.
It's hard to describe without spoilers, so I just recommend watching.
The downside is the post-credits scenes (the first scene hints to us what will be in the next films, and the second is just a #nospoiler).
