Review of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) by Psion P — 16 Jan 2019
I've been a Spiderman fan for a long time. I had to leave the movie about half way. I was into the story line but got a massive headache and was feeling nauseous. When it started it looked like maybe I was in the wrong viewing as it looked like it was for 3D with faded red/blue lines around many objects and some sort of pixelated effect. I looked around but nobody had on glasses so I stayed until my headache got too bad.
I've since found out the animations style was on purpose and not a 3D effect or damaged media. If that is the case, I don't know how people can talk about how amazing the film is or how it rated 100% at one time. The file has a standard story flow which is fine. The front focus animation was good but the background were horrid. Don't see this if you have epilepsy.
