Review of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) by The3Academysins — 09 Jan 2019

I didn't know it was possible, but somehow Into the Spiderverse brings freshness and innovation to the superhero genre. What is even more impressive is that it takes a new spin on the age-old Spiderman origin story.

From a structural standpoint, this movie is the complete package. The animation style and character design are a aesthetically pleasing mix of vintage and digital. The script packs emotional punches and hilarious laughs.

The voice acting cast is great. This is a rollercoaster of a movie that has no right being as good as it is. Easily one of the best animated pictures of 2018.
