No film is perfect however as far as spider-man movies go it is pretty perfect. My main strife with the film is that some characters could have been developed better but apart from that every awesomely, animated frame was spectacular,sensational, amazing or whatever spidy term you want to use.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
