Review of Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) by Dan B — 21 Aug 2017
This was hands-down the funniest movie yet in the Cinematic Marvel Universe. Amazingly, the film also has plenty of heart-warming moments, awesome action scenes, storytelling, and drama as well (though not as much as previous Marvel films).
Tom Holland is tremendous as Spider-Man, likewise for Michael Keaton as Vulture too. I loved the cameos from a few other Avengers, and the film definitely made me look forward to seeing Spider-Man's eventual return.
Overall, one of the best of the Marvel movies for me, if not THE best.
