Review of Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) by Josh M — 30 Jul 2017

Marvel offers quite the remarkable action flick in Spiderman's latest cinematic accomplishment. Personally I was wowed by the films simple but creatively written plot, which still leaves me thinking about it to this very day.

Homecoming also has several awesomely spectacular action scenes, which all happen because of Peter's unfortunately low amount of luck. Usually joining Spidey in on all of the action is the indomitable villain the Vulture, who is portrayed by Michael Keaton.

Together him and Tom Holland succeed in driving this film to the top with excellent performances and hero/ villain chemistry. In the end director Jon Watts manages to match the previous Spiderman films pretty effortlessly by creating a completely fresh and brand new take of the webbed wall-crawler.

Definitely offering the most grandeur in history of the hero. The best film in Spiderman series and dare I say maybe even the greatest superhero movie to date.
