Review of Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) by Jeffrey M — 23 Jul 2017
This disgrace of a movie perfectly showcases why I hate Marvel movies. Not only are they extremely unrealistic but they also seem to try to make character sequences as awkward and fragile as they possibly can.
This film is riddled with cliche motifs and struggles which suggest a hurried and lackadaisical effort on the part of the production team. It is difficult to feel for the characters when the movie is based on poor emotional scenes that end up relying more on low-quality action sequences than on real drama.
