It did not stick to basic Spider-Man criteria. The movie had more of a push to use "diversity" than it was about escape into a character that fans already love.
Michael Keaton stole the show. Robert Downey Jr seemed too repetitive within the plot and got really old that Iron Man had to help Peter get off the ground.
