Review of Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) by Price P — 07 Jul 2017
Loved it. Tom Holland captured the essence of Spider-Man amazingly. His portrayal was witty and funny; everything from Civil War and more. Robert Downey Jr. was as usual awesome, and Zendaya's MJ was beyond perfect.
Additionally, Michael Keaton as Vulture tied the film together as a hero is only as good as their villain, and Keaton as the empathetic Adrian Toomes was a great villain. Spider-Man: Homecoming is the best Spider-Man film without a shred of a doubt, and is far superior to any of the films in Tobey Maguire and Sam Raimi's Trilogy or The Amazing Spider-Man movies.
Homecoming's characterization and growth of a teenage Peter Parker and potential love interest MJ will ensure that this movie goes down as one of the greatest superhero films ever.
