I'd say it's the most underrated Spider-Man movie, this movie gets a lot of hate but to me it doesn't really deserve it. The reasons on why the movie doesn't deserve the hate it gets is Sandman, sandman is one of the beautifully designed villains in the movie and I'd even say Eddie Brock aka Venom who's played by Topher Grace is an amazing villain when he is either of these characters.

Also, the fight scenes in the movie are just amazing, the train fight scene with Black suited Spider-Man and Sandman is just great. I think another great scene in the movie is when Peter get's rid of the symbiote in the bell tower, the symbiote looks so well designed to look like this gooey, liquidy and vicious black goo.

Almost forgot to mention, the emo dance scene is just perfect it just shows how Peter thinks that he's cool but in reality he is just still the goofy nerd that he has always been known for being. Finally, the ending to the movie is perfect when Peter and Harry forgive each other and return as best friends to fight the bad guys off.

The only negatives I have towards the movie is the poor CGI and green screen effects when Harry and Peter have their first fight while he is going through the alleyway. Also, another negative I have on the movie is on how it relies on the CGI faces and it doesn't hold up quite well.

Overall this movie is really underrated and it shouldn't get the hate it gets to this day.
