Review of Spider-Man (2002) by Brandon L — 10 May 2014
The original Spider-Man doesn't really hold up to today's superhero movie standards, but there are so many nostalgic scenes that you can't help but love this film. I remember seeing this movie in theaters as a little kid and loving it so much! Toby Macguire played a great Peter Parker and I felt he captured the personality of the character very well. Willam Defoe was an awesome Green Goblin, probably because he kind of looks like a goblin. I don't have any complaints with actors, because they played their parts well. The movie does have it's stereotypical superhero plot line but it's a great stereotypical superhero plot line!
Own it! 4 Stars!
