Spider-Man isn't quite as good as it's sequel but it's a fantastic debut for the wall-crawler with excellent performances all around and a great villain in Green Goblin played by Willem Dafoe.
However, the film has not aged very well and there are many cheesy moments. But one can't deny how important the movie was in 2002.(4/5).
