Still the greatest Spider-Man movie to date. Filled with great action, heart, emotion and a complex story that really does make you feel for Peter. The movie does suffer from poor dialogue between MJ and Peter.
This movie has one of the greatest action sequences in a comic book movie, the Train sequence. 8.
