Review of Spider-Man 2 (2004) by Dylan D — 02 Sep 2013
The second installment of the film in the Toby/Spidey franchise does not disappoint. Spider-Man has become New York City's finest hero since his battle with the Goblin. Keep in mind that the Goblin was Norman Osborn, and that Harry assumes that Spidey has killed his father.
And to make matters worse, Spidey begins to lose his powers somehow, and is turning into the old-not so bold, Peter Parker. Throughout this experience, he learns to love family, as much as he loves being Spider-Man.
It was also a good decision, in my opinion, for the characters to finally figure out who Spider-Man really is. Alfred Molina portrays a GREAT Doc Ock. Ruthless, mad, and angry. Great all around movie.
5/5.
