The story is good although it doesn't follow the comic as it should. (Gwen Stacey should be the love interest and should be killed by the Green Goblin before he in turn dies). The Green Goblin costume could be better. Nonetheless, the action sequences are great and there is a plausible explanatikon as to why a spider suit is.
