Review of Spider-Man (1977) by Fionnlagh O — 16 Jun 2018
The Amazing Spider-Man may not be spectacular or amazing but it delivers. This grounded take on Spider-Man after the cheesiness of the Raimi trilogy is refreshing and the cast really does take this movie beyond.
The score is stunning, along with some genuinely impressive SFX. The plot is well trodden but that doesn't detract from the experience.
