Review of Spider-Man (1977) by Sean P — 10 Aug 2014
The Amazing Spiderman is a super hero film that spends more time on the action than on the characters. Although the chemistry between characters feels more natural, plot points are swept for the sake of convenience and the overall science fiction atmosphere feels a bit to cliche.
If something isn't broken don't fix it. That saying goes a long way with The Amazing Spider-Man. The one thing that this reboot excels at is depicting Spider-Man; not Peter Parker but SpiderMan.
