Did the world need this? No. But, it's actually pretty good. Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are great together - real chemistry and are both very watchable. I actually think Garfield is a better Peter Parker/Spiderman than Tobey M.
It has it's moments of deja vu (the last Spidey films are just not that old) but this is a good addition to the ever growing superhero cannon.
