I was stunned by Zero Chouâ??s work at â??Spider Liliesâ??. She deserves the Berlinale award I donâ??t like her â??Splendid Floatâ??, the movie is odd and I donâ??t know what did she try to express in that film.
After I saw â??Spider Liliesâ?? I realized â??Splendid Floatâ?? provided her a great chance to practice for her further works. â??Spider Liliesâ?? is a complicated story as â??Splendid Floatâ??.
Chou did her experiment at her previous film and quiet failed for me. I saw familiar cinematography skills from her in â??Spider Liliesâ?? and pretty much mature. Ronnie Yang is so outstanding here.
Iâ??m so surprised with her performance. A good play and crew would really show the good image of actors.
