Review of Sphere (1998) by Sarah C — 16 Jun 2009

This could have been so much better if it wasn't for this one part! Sometimes in Sci Fi, they get stupid with the script, take this amazing story and ruin it, on a completely illogical scene. There is a part where she gave him the option to drown or have him take a shot that would in turn knock him out and drown him, knew how to use the equipment, and he should have died from hypothermia?! It was definitely a part, where you're like: "OH COME ON"! If instead of, trying to make it full of crazy suspense, and made that scene within reason, I would have loved it. Probably why I haven't heard of this movie too much, despite the cast and it being sweet Sci Fi.
