Review of Sphere (1998) by Ritchie G — 22 Jun 2011
While Sharon Stone is somewhat campy in the film, Sphere is really an exploration of concepts more than a simple sci fi flick. The questions of isolation, time differentials, black holes, psychological break down, and the excellent use of logical deduction make Sphere worth seeing.
The real exploration in the film is the depth and darkness of the human conscious.
