Review of Speed Racer (2008) by Raeldor — 09 May 2008
The critics are completely off-base on this one. I thought it was hugely entertaining and thoroughly enjoyed it. The parts were played excellently by the actors, the racing scenes were superbly eye-popping, and the story had a great over-the-top comic book feel to it.
Do yourself a favor. Ignore the critics and go see this one. You won't regret it.
