Review of Speed Racer (2008) by Robb. — 10 May 2008
A very fun movie that is easy to get lost in. One of my favorite movies of the year. I have seen some reviews criticize the movie for being targeted to a limited audience. I found it to be the opposite; it has a genuine appeal to most non-jaded people looking for something less 'serious' but still engading.
It is a shame that the critics ignore how fun or exhilarating a movie is if the style is unconventional.
