Not Great, not terrible, decent entertainment, awesome climatic ending, and over the top racing scenes. some will puke because of these scenes because of their intensity, but in the long run, I was pretty intrested, and I was never bored.
I can see why some hate it, but I personally believe this movie deserve more love.
